The Grote Werf development, integral to Curaçao's Sint Anna Bay Master Plan, marks a significant stride towards a transformed Sint Anna Bay district in downtown Willemstad. This venture, spearheaded by the Curaçao Ports Authority (CPA), envisions a vibrant extension of the Kleine Werf (also in downtown Willemstad), focusing on commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces while respecting the World Heritage Buffer zone regulations.
