Corendon Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of the Corendon Group with hotels and brands in locations in the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, and Curaçao, has kicked off the second phase of the construction on the Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort. This popular 5-star all-inclusive resort will be adding 300 to 400 rooms to its current hospitality offering of 399 rooms.
In addition, the new building will have an all-inclusive portion as well as a ‘adults only’ section for the exclusive use of hotel guests. It will also include a Mondi Beach Club, which will be accessible to both stayover tourists from other hotels and cruise tourists visiting Curaçao.
Corendon Hotels & Resorts is investing between 40 and 50 million guilders in these additional amenities and construction is projected to be finished by December 2023. The expansion is expected to add to Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort’s already stellar occupancy rates — according to the hotel, nine out of every ten rooms are filled at the moment.
And bookings for the coming year continue to rise.
