Sandals Royal Curaçao’s second round of employees has landed in Jamaica. After the first group arrived on January 10th, they followed on January 17th. This second group of newly hired personnel will work alongside fellow Curaçaoans who are currently receiving training at several Sandals Resorts throughout Jamaica.
The resort has identified over 500 individuals who are now receiving and accepting official offers. The resort is still looking for 400 more employees and is inviting qualified individuals to apply for positions as dining room servers, cocktail servers, bartenders, cooks, room attendants, butlers, front office agents, concierge agents, wedding coordinators, wedding planners, wedding servers, and massage therapists.
Team members are grateful for the opportunity and are excited to get started. They will be trained and exposed to best practices in their respective departments as well as the Sandals brand’s overall award-winning standards. This will put them in a good position to meet the expectations of the world-class service expected of Sandals resorts when Sandals Royal Curaçao this coming April. Their training will also make them part of an elite team, through ongoing training targeted at preserving the resort chains’ offerings, will be charged with supervising their colleagues and ensuring they uphold service consistency.
