The General Pension Fund of Curaçao (APC) announced its new allotment plan Brakkeput Noord, a residential zone on the island's Southeast, in September of 2021. Brakkeput Noord is a continuation of APC's allotment plan Brakkeput Zuid, which was completed 8 years ago.
The surrounding region is already a thriving community of homeowners, and this site is one of the last undeveloped residential sections in the district. As a result, many people are interested in buying a home there.
The allotment plant plan Brakkeput Noord consists of 165 lots with an average area of 750 square meters. Three of these parcels are also designated for the construction of apartment complexes. The entire area plan encompasses roughly 13 hectares, and lot sales are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022. The sale of the lots will take place by auction.
